1. Service
Emirati Balance provides a personalized general wellness and meal-structure service based on information you choose to submit. The service is not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the paid service. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for yourself unless we expressly agree otherwise.
3. Plan preparation and purchase
You may complete an assessment before payment. A summary may be shown before purchase. The full plan is made available only after successful payment. Any price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged, subject to taxes or charges required by law.
4. Health and safety
If you report a medical condition, pregnancy, an eating disorder, medication-related dietary needs, serious allergies, or another circumstance requiring clinical judgment, we may pause or decline automated delivery and ask you to seek review from an appropriately licensed professional.
5. No guaranteed result
Results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee a specific amount or speed of weight change or any health outcome.
6. Personal use
Your plan is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, publish, copy for distribution, or use it to provide services to others.
7. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and by any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary. If a paid service cannot be delivered, applicable refund rights remain unaffected.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided for general wellness purposes and is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the user, misuse of the plan, or reliance on it as medical advice. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law
The governing law and dispute forum must be completed before launch based on the legal entity operating the service and the mandatory consumer rules applicable to each customer.
